WOW!

I mean, what can you even say! Where to even begin. Ok, this image is so incredible! And to see it in person is even more incredible. One of the great details of this image is pilots wife in fear of her dream the night before. Then, there is the symbolic thumbs up gesture, disguised as lifting his tunic, given from the center man, to the others behind him who are preparing the cross and reviling.

Another detail that is intriguing is the look of calm detachment on the roman soldiers eyes, it seems to be depicting how numb this man has become to such evils.

The mold and water marks have distorted some faces and an entire portion of the beard of the man had to be replaced, but when money was tight, it had to be replaced with regular glass.

We have done our best to capture the images and prep them for canvas but there is no comparison when you come and see them up close and in the sunlight and u touch them. They are truly wonderful to behold. The more I type each description, the more I appreciate the privilege to be involved in their restoration. If They look this breathtaking now, how jaw dropping will they be restored to their full glory!

This one sits behind the pulpit and is probably the crown jewel! It is extremely large and bathes the pulpit in deep saturated colorful rays of light. The orange yellow and green mixture of the cloak in the center and its frays and tassel and the ornate boarder of the man on the viewers left, are all details pointing to the fact that these men were wealthy and were probably the lead political and spiritual leaders of that time, who loved showing off and keeping power and controlling things thru coordinated stealth. 

These artists were geniuses.

PLEASE NOTE: When you zoom in on the framed canvases in the mockups, you will notice a cgi overlay of a weaved pattern. This is just to show and enhance the canvas weave. It will not show up on the print you receive. The unframed prints and the images on the home page are exactly how all the finished products actually look. So rest assured that they are amazing prints and do not actually have little blue squares all over the faces. I just happened to notice it and I did not want anyone to fear that their beautiful canvas would have that overlay.
