Because our custom made prints are custom made on demand, and because funds go to a church project immediately, all sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Just send us:

A clear photo of the printing error on the item 

A photo of the shipping label on the packaging

A photo of the Qr code/barcode sticker on the product packaging, if it has one. 

And we will get a replacement sent out to you. You will not have to return the product back to us in order to receive your replacement.
