The Makings of a King From the White Memorial Church Art Preservation Project

Another masterpiece from the Struthers Triptych. This one Shows the unbelievable courage and preparatory faith that comes from being in love with God. Placed into the wall of the church the 1960s, it has thrown brilliant blues greens and purples all around the front of the sanctuary for what seems to be eons. It inspires all of the traits a child of God should have. David, a man after Gods own heart!

A man like this can be used of God in ways that change the world. Having an image like this to inspire that kind of devotion and courage in us, is one of the reasons God placed it in the book to begin with. To inspire and call us to action when the enemies of God are taunting.

This churches spiritual enemies would love to see it fall. They would love to see it close and crumble. But we wish to see it succeed. We wish to see it not only fully restored, but also fully packed! God can do both. This church only wants to see the will of God done. Hopefully these beautiful pieces can inspire that same spirit in others as well! 

When reverend White was gathering 27,000 stones to build the church, he would never have known that in 1960 there would be a window placed in the church that carried that same idea of  gathering rocks in preparation, but there it is.

PLEASE NOTE: When you zoom in on the framed canvases in the mockups, you will notice a cgi overlay of a weaved pattern. This is just to show and enhance the canvas weave. It will not show up on the print you receive. The unframed prints and the images on the home page are exactly how all the finished products actually look. So rest assured that they are amazing prints and do not actually have little blue squares all over the faces. I just happened to notice it and I did not want anyone to fear that their beautiful canvas would have that overlay.
