My Son, Give Me Thine Heart : 20x30 Canvas With Black Frame

This was originally drawn by hand in colored pencil, way back in 1994, for the Erie Wesleyan Methodist Church. Those who attended may remember seeing it on the wall as they would have reached the top of the steps, before entering into the main church sanctuary.

It is a depiction of a person holding back on God. I drew it at a time when I just could not surrender my full will to God. I will be painting it in oil fairly soon. When it's finished I will place it up for sale in my upcoming hand painted gallery.
