The bathroom in the basement is damaged from the water leaks of the facilities above it. There has been so much that has been fixed and replaced and painted over the last 10 years. But it all had to be done extremely slow because only a small handful of people have been faithfully supporting the church with their family money and some with huge donations out of thin air for large projects. And it just never stops, by Gods grace. He just never lets the church down! That speaks volumes of Gods intent and desire for it to flourish. God knows we deal with many people here who have many serious needs in all forms. Spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. He is continually helping them here.
And though they may not all come every Sunday, they do come, and they know that its going to be Jesus and us waiting for them, every time they get here and need to talk or to pray. This church needs help in order to be able to beautify this basement and get all the Sunday school kids back. The ones that sister Coon had. They need to come back, grown up, with their families as well. What a blessing that will be to see those who have come before from this community, to all start coming back! God is certainly able to do this for them (first of all) and for us.
